Respond to a business verification document request

Find the collecting entity’s request and supply documents through its secure provider flow.

Review the entity’s legal name and tax identity. Have the official document requested by the payment provider.

Open the existing verification

Rent payment settings with a seeded demo collection account.
Review your account settings for rent payments.

Check the requested document

If the request names an EIN confirmation, SS-4-related notice or 147C, compare the accepted document instructions with your business records. A blank application form may not prove an assigned number.

Use the secure upload

Supply documents through the provider’s verification screen. Keep the legal name consistent with the entity record and follow the displayed file requirements.

Check the result

Return to Rent payments and review readiness. If you lack the requested official record, follow the issuing authority’s current retrieval process or ask the provider which alternative it accepts.

Check the result

  • The existing entity request shows a submitted document or a specific remaining requirement.

FAQs

Should I email my tax document in ordinary support chat?

Use the secure channel designated for the request. Support can help identify the requirement without receiving full sensitive tax information in an ordinary message.

Does a successful upload enable payouts immediately?

No. The document may still require review. Use the actual entity and payout status rather than treating upload completion as approval.
