Resolve a blocked or pending rental listing

Read the listing’s current blockers and complete the verification actually requested.

Open the correct property and unit. Have any requested proof ready, and use the secure verification form rather than emailing identity documents.

Read the current status

Open the marketing or publish step and inspect the exact blocker. A missing photo, rental field, phone check and ownership review are different issues.

Marketing screen showing a published sample unit and listing controls.
Review the publication status for the selected unit.

Complete the requested step

Use the offered edit or verification action. If a code is required, request and enter it in that flow. If ownership documents are requested, upload the accepted proof and submit it for review.

Return to publication

Reopen the listing after completing the step and check its current status. Submitted proof is not the same as approval, and approval is not the same as publication.

Check the result

  • You know which blocker remains and whether the rental is actually published.

FAQs

Must every landlord complete the same identity check?

Requirements depend on the current publication gates and account status. Follow the prompts shown for your listing rather than a blanket checklist copied from another platform.

The code or review is still pending. Should I make another property?

Keep the existing rental. Check the displayed retry or review instructions and contact support with the status and property reference if it remains unresolved.
