FAQs

Does a receipt mean the landlord’s bank deposit is complete?

No. Inspect the separate payout or deposit state. Bank clearing and a later reversal can affect settlement.

Is an outside-payment note a provider receipt?

An outside payment is a landlord-entered record. Check the actual payment method and source rather than treating that note as a processed online payment.
