Why can I not download an issued 1099-K here?
Check the form availability message for the selected entity.

Distinguish an issued provider form from a report of recorded payment totals.
Check the entity and year
- Open Settings, then Rent payments, and locate the relevant business entity.
- Review the Issued 1099-K forms section and selected tax year.
- If Download 1099-K is unavailable, read the message below the selector. This workspace has not confirmed that an issued document is available.
- Use the provider account associated with the entity, or contact that provider, to ask about its issued documents.
About the CSV link
Vendor payment totals (CSV) is a separate report. Downloading that report does not download an issued 1099-K, and changing the year selector does not generate a tax form.
Understand a provider-issued payment form
A 1099-K is a payment-information form issued by the responsible payment provider when applicable. It is different from a profit-and-loss report, a tax return or Rentari’s vendor-payment CSV.
Check the entity name, tax year and amounts on an issued form against provider records. Ask the issuer to investigate an incorrect or missing form. For current reporting requirements or how the figures apply to your return, use the tax authority’s guidance or your tax professional; the Rentari selector does not determine whether you owe tax.
Check the result
- The availability message explains whether this workspace supplies an issued document; the current disabled control does not generate one.
- A vendor-payment CSV remains a separate report and can be identified as such.
FAQs
Will changing the year create the missing 1099-K?
No. The selector does not generate an issued form. The current workspace says issued documents are not connected or confirmed; contact the provider associated with the entity about its documents.
Can I use Vendor payment totals CSV as the issued form?
It is a different report, not an issued 1099-K. Check its columns and scope for the task you are doing, and obtain the actual issued document from the responsible provider when one is needed.
Does this page decide whether a provider must issue a form?
No. The provider and applicable reporting requirements determine issuance. This page only describes the documents and availability shown for your entity.
