Pause automatic invitations while preserving your questionnaire and saved responses.

Read the current default
Open Renters > Leads and check the auto-send state in the banner. You can also open Settings > Pre screener.
Turn off auto-send
Choose Turn off auto-send and check the saved state. Review any property-level override if a rental still automatically invites new leads.
Use manual invitations when needed
Open an eligible active lead and use Send Pre-Screener, or share the public questionnaire link. Turning off the account default does not remove these actions.

- The saved account default shows auto-send off, with any property override reviewed separately.
FAQs
Are completed responses deleted?
No. Existing responses and custom questions remain available after automatic sending is paused.
Why did one rental still send an invitation?
Check that rental’s property-level settings and the invitation’s recorded time. A property override can differ from the account default.
