FAQs

Does issuing a work order prove the repair is complete or paid?

No. Confirm the contractor’s work, tenant feedback and any invoice or payment separately before marking the request resolved.

What if I chose the wrong contractor?

Use Cancel work order when offered and review the consequence for the reply page. Correct and review the new order separately; do not assume cancelling a link stops work already arranged outside Rentari.
