Resolve an application that will not submit

Use the form’s exact error to recover without making a duplicate application or payment.

Keep the existing rental link, account email and any payment reference. Do not share card numbers or sign-in codes with support.

Read the error

Note the field or step identified. Check required answers, contact details and the selected rental before trying again.

Check uploaded files

Use the supported file types and limits shown on the upload. Wait for its result and replace a rejected file rather than assuming its filename means it uploaded.

Check payment and identity separately

If the interruption happened at checkout, review the existing request and payment result before starting another payment. Continue the same verification flow when offered.

Ask for a targeted review

If blocked, contact the leasing team or support with the rental, email, step, exact error and time. Include a redacted screenshot if useful.

Check the result

  • The original application continues, or support has enough detail to investigate its blocked step.

FAQs

Should I use another email to get past an error?

No. That can create another identity with different records. Resolve the existing application and account first.

Will clearing my browser restore the draft?

It can remove browser-saved work. Keep the invitation and record the error before clearing site data; prefer a normal refresh or another supported browser first.
