Use the original screening invitation or the screening action in My applications. Check your name, rental and invited email.
Complete secure verification
Read the consent and identity instructions and provide your own requested information in the secure provider flow. Follow its verification or recovery controls if it cannot confirm your identity.
Return to the request
Review the current screening state after the step. Payment, processing or another requirement may still be pending before the report completes.
Check the result
- The existing screening request shows the identity-step result and any remaining requirement.

Can the landlord enter my identity information for me?
Complete your own verification. Do not send identity numbers, login credentials or verification codes through Messages.
Does verified identity mean I am approved for the rental?
No. It completes one screening requirement; report processing and the landlord’s application decision are separate.
