When a tenant pays rent, files a repair, or signs a lease, the brand they see should be yours. Custom Websites runs the entire Rentari platform under your name, your colors, and your own web address, so every interaction builds your reputation instead of someone else's. Here is what it does, how you turn it on in about a minute, and why we put it on your plan rather than behind an enterprise paywall.

Why a branded portal is worth more than it looks

Property management is a relationship business. Owners hire you because they trust you to run their building, and tenants stay because dealing with you is easy. Every time a resident lands on a portal that says someone else's name, a little of that relationship leaks to the software vendor instead of to you. A branded experience does the opposite: it reinforces, at every touchpoint, that the professional handling their home is you.

That is the whole idea behind Custom Websites. Your residents, applicants, and vendors sign in, pay rent, and get help on a site that looks like yours, top to bottom, on a web address that is yours.

What Custom Websites actually is

It is the full Rentari platform, wearing your brand. Upload your logo and favicon, pick two brand colors, and Rentari restyles the whole experience: the landlord dashboard, the resident portal, the vendor portal, and the sign-in page. Need to go further? You can drop in custom CSS. The color picker even checks contrast, so your buttons stay readable for your tenants.

To be clear about what it is not: this is not a drag-and-drop marketing-website builder. It brands the app you already run your business on, end to end, rather than giving you a blank page to design. That is a deliberate choice, because the value is in your tenants and vendors living inside your brand every day, not in a brochure site.

The key takeaway

Custom Websites puts the whole platform under your brand and your domain: the dashboard, the resident and vendor portals, the sign-in page, and every email. Pick a free subdomain or connect your own domain, and HTTPS is provisioned for you automatically. Your tenants see your name, not ours.

A free subdomain, or your own domain

You get two ways to put the portal on the web, and you can start with the easy one and upgrade later.

  • A free subdomain. Pick a name and your portal is live at yourname.rentari.ai the moment you save it. No DNS, no waiting.
  • Your own domain. Point a hostname like portal.yourcompany.com at Rentari with a single DNS record, click Verify, then click Set up HTTPS. Rentari issues a managed TLS certificate for you, so the lock icon is green and the connection is secure without any DevOps on your end.

Either way there is nothing to maintain per customer and no certificate to renew by hand. You claim the address, and the secure, branded site is ready.

Branded all the way to the inbox

Branding that stops at the website is only half the experience, because a lot of your tenant contact happens by email. Rent receipts, late notices, portal invites, password resets, login codes, maintenance updates, and vendor dispatches all go out wearing your logo, your colors, your team name, and your support address, with links that point back to your branded portal. Your brand stays consistent from the portal to the inbox.

Live in about a minute

Setup is a single screen. In Settings, then Branding, you:

  • Upload your logo and pick two colors, then add a display name and support email.
  • Claim a subdomain, or add your own domain and follow the two-step verify and HTTPS flow.
  • Share your branded link. Your tenants and vendors sign in to your site from then on.

As you type the subdomain, the page shows your live link and tells you the moment it is ready, so there is no guesswork about whether it is working.

Why we put it on your plan, not behind an enterprise paywall

White-label is common in property management software, but it is usually treated as a premium add-on or reserved for the top enterprise tier, the kind of thing you call sales to unlock. We think that is backwards. Owning your brand is most valuable for the independent landlord and the growing management company who are still building their reputation, not just the national operator who already has one. So Custom Websites is part of the product, on the same flat, low price as everything else, rather than a line item that punishes you for wanting your own name on your own portal.

AI proposes, you approve, on your brand

The branding sits on top of everything else Rentari does, and the same principle runs through all of it: the AI does the work and you make the call. Luna drafts the reply to a prospect, the lease assembles itself with the right state clauses, maintenance triages from a tenant photo, and the books reconcile as money moves. Custom Websites just means all of that happens under your name. You scale the portfolio, the AI absorbs the work each new unit creates, and every tenant who interacts with the system sees the brand you are building, not the software underneath it.

Custom Websites is available in your Rentari dashboard under Settings, then Branding. Custom-domain HTTPS is provisioned automatically once your domain is verified. The public Rentari.ai marketing site is separate; your tenants and vendors land on your branded portal.
