Create your Late Fee Schedule Addendum

List all tenants and known occupants.

Days after the due date during which no late fee applies.

Optional. Leave blank for a flat fee only. Rentari's automatic late fee comes from your lease settings and prices a flat or percent fee, so a daily amount here is one you track and collect yourself.

Caps the running total of flat plus daily fees per month. Many states cap late fees by statute, and the lower of this number and your state's limit is what applies.
