Free Forever · No Card Required

Start with your rentals.
Start for free.

Rentari's Free account has no time limit, no card requirement and no property or unit cap. Use it to organize rental records, applications and your own Rentari listing page. A free account does not make every report, payment, signature or outside listing free. Check the selected plan and any separate charges before choosing a workflow.

Own-marketplace listing publication is available on Free. Applications and screening access have separate report charges and payer disclosures. External distribution depends on the selected plan, listing eligibility and channel availability. Confirm current signing and collection access in pricing and the selected account before relying on either.

Why it is not a trial

The Free account has no trial countdown.

You can keep a Free account while organizing listings, applications and records. Screening access and report cost are separate: review the package, consent, payer and applicable fee rules before ordering. A free subscription is not a promise that every applicant report costs nothing.

Publish an eligible listing on your own Rentari page with a Free account. Rentari supports listing preparation and distribution workflows for 25+ sites; external destinations and publication depend on location, eligibility, selected plan, channel availability, configuration and returned results. Prepared copy, an inquiry or a submission is not proof that a portal published your listing.

Who this fits

Stay on free as long as it genuinely works.

A Free account can suit an owner organizing records, preparing a vacancy or using an appropriate outside payment method. Keep your own-marketplace listing, application and follow-up records together, then review the selected plan when your workflow changes. Confirm the charge and access before authorizing a report, signing request or payment.

Free online rent collection and autopay are currently coming soon. Review the selected plan and current availability before relying on payments. Check payment method, payer and processing fees, and record outside payments through the appropriate accounting process.

Set up one rental workflow, then check the next step

  1. Select the property and unit, confirm their details, and organize the records you are authorized to use. Unlimited properties and units do not remove Free's one-active-lease limit or the access rules for signing.
  2. Prepare an eligible listing for your own Rentari page and review the application and follow-up steps. For any selected external destination, confirm required approvals and actual publication of the property before treating distribution as complete.
  3. Check the selected report package, consent, payer and charge before ordering screening. Review signing access and any signer charges before sending an agreement.
  4. Choose an available payment workflow. Free online collection and autopay are coming soon; paid collection requires setup and tenant opt-in. Review current access and fees before relying on payments, and keep outside-payment records through the appropriate accounting process.

Use the written Help Center for the current task, and check pricing and feature disclosures when your needs change. Keep the selected property, permissions and next review step clear; a guide or prepared record does not complete a report order, signed agreement or payment.

Compare Rentari with the cost of the same workflow

Start with the tasks and rental count you need in Rentari's current plan. For each provider, include the subscription and billing term, report and payment charges, payer, signing costs and optional services. Confirm access and the complete charge before authorizing a workflow.

Rentari vs TurboTenant: Rentari's Free online collection is coming soon. TurboTenant's plan guide lists rent collection in Free and Essentials and Pro as paid upgrades; check transaction and report charges separately. Its paid pricing depends on portfolio size and is billed annually. A displayed monthly equivalent is not a month-to-month subscription.

Rentari vs Buildium: check the current pricing page for the subscription, onboarding, payment and optional service charges applicable to your portfolio. Compare the same tasks and billing term with Rentari, including who pays each charge.

Rentari vs AppFolio: its pricing page requests a quote and discloses minimum spend and unit requirements. Compare a written quote for the same portfolio and tasks with Rentari's current plan and selected workflow charges.

Free account questions

Is Rentari property management software really free?

Yes. The Free account has no time limit, no card requirement and unlimited properties and units. Own-marketplace listing publication, applications and rental records are available. Screening access has separate report costs; review the package and payer. Signing, payment and external distribution access have their own current plan and availability terms.

How many properties can I manage for free?

Properties and units are unlimited on Free. Other limits differ: check active leases, signing, financial tools, roles and the selected workflow rather than treating the unit allowance as unlimited feature access.

What is not included in the free tier?

Check current pricing for feature access and separate charges. External listing distribution depends on plan, eligibility, channel availability and configuration. Signing and rent collection have separate access and charge disclosures. A function shown as Coming soon is not an enabled Free payment workflow. AI access and usage limits depend on the selected account.

Is free tenant screening really free for the landlord?

Screening access and report costs are separate. Check the selected report package, payer, consent and applicable fee restrictions before ordering. Do not assume every report costs the landlord nothing or can lawfully be charged to every applicant.

What does it cost when I do upgrade?

Use current pricing for the selected plan, billing term, unit count and feature access. Add report, payment, signer and other selected workflow charges separately, including who pays. Confirm the charge before authorizing the transaction.

Review current pricing before choosing a plan or authorizing a charge. Rentari provides software and written guidance; arrange licensed management and physical work independently.
