Rental definition

Adverse Action

A decision or changed terms unfavorable to an applicant or tenant, based wholly or partly on a consumer report. FCRA notices explain the reporting agency and free-report and dispute rights. Notice may be oral, written, or electronic; use of a credit score adds written or electronic disclosure duties.
