Describe what residents can actually use

Separate features inside the home, such as an installed washer or usable storage, from shared facilities such as a laundry room, bike store or pool. A house may offer a yard or garage. Nearby parks and transport can help describe the location, but are not facilities the owner supplies or controls. Confirm the actual unit and shared areas rather than borrowing features from another floor plan or building.

For each offered feature, state whether it is included, optional or separately charged, who may use it, and any relevant hours, reservation process, seasonal closure or capacity limit. Distinguish an installed internet connection from a paid internet service. Identify maintenance and reporting contacts, and describe verified access features accurately without promising that a home meets every resident's needs.

Use current, permitted photographs of the actual feature and reconcile the listing, showing information and agreement before offering the home. Correct unavailable or changed features promptly and have contractual changes reviewed when needed. Prioritize improvements using the property's condition, resident needs and full upkeep cost; an amenity does not guarantee higher rent or quicker leasing. Consistent factual descriptions help people compare homes without assuming that every shared facility is unrestricted or free.
