Tenant screening report
A report supplied for a rental review that may combine credit, rental history, employment or other records and a score or recommendation. Its contents depend on the reporting company and selected package; it differs from a credit report and a submitted application.
Where it matters
Check the supplier, product, date, coverage, identity match and actual returned status. Resolve disputed information and use lawful criteria with human review; a completed report is not approval or a prediction of future conduct. Follow the applicable authorization, privacy and adverse-action process.
