Its claims that Baselane lacks applications, screening, forms and document storage conflict with current Baselane pages. Baselane's newer Help article says lease creation and e-signing ended for new users July 31, 2026, although its marketing pages still advertise signing. Its pricing table lists $2–$5 ACH fees while its payment policy and Help describe $2. These discrepancies are disclosed below. We have not verified the article's AI exclusivity, listing totals, lead averages or leasing-time promises. Details were reviewed October 6, 2026. A separate Baselane review shows January 8, 2026 while retaining a 2025 no-mobile-app claim. Baselane's current pricing page lists a mobile app; the mobile and feedback checks below were added October 12, 2026. Earlier detailed checks retain their October 6 review context; confirm actual account access and current terms.
