Before you fill in a form
Match the document to the event. A new lease, an agreed change, a notice and a condition record serve different purposes. Start with the property's state and the task, then read the card's scope and full preview. Complete one consistent set of details. Gather the parties' names, property and unit, relevant dates, agreed amounts and supporting attachments. Check that they agree across the form and related documents.
