Run profit and loss, NOI, cash flow, cap rate, cash on cash, rent roll, owner statements, balance sheet, trial balance and general ledger by property, unit or period, and export any report as CSV or PDF. Real double-entry books

Every transaction is a balanced journal entry. Corrections are kept as reversing entries, so nothing in your books silently disappears, and you can lock a period once it is filed. Invite a partner with full access, or give your accountant read-only access to the same books.
