Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Use the portal invitation from your landlord to access your rental and payment options. If you need a new invitation, ask your landlord to resend it. For portal or payment issues, choose Tenant support above. Questions about rent amounts or repairs should go to your landlord.
Paid plans are billed annually at checkout. You can cancel renewal from your billing settings and keep paid access through the current billing period. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the remaining months. Contact Billing for help changing plans. See current plans and billing terms.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell tenant or landlord data. Full details are in our privacy policy and security page.
Select Partnership and describe what you are building for the team to review.
You can explore the interactive demo or watch the overview without signing up. To discuss your portfolio with our team, choose Sales & demos above or select Request a demo in the form.
Contact the landlord or property manager for the rental's availability, terms and your application decision. Rentari provides the software and does not approve your application. Choose Tenant support for a technical problem accessing your portal or application, and describe the affected step without including passwords or full payment details.
A confirmed reference means the form recorded your request. Read the status beside it, including any service-area message. It does not confirm that a team member has reviewed or resolved the issue, that a call is booked, or that an email reached your inbox. Keep the reference. If receipt is unconfirmed, keep your message and use the form's unchanged-request retry or the email address shown on this page.
Choose Product question or Sales, Enterprise, and Concierge to discuss how Rentari's software fits your rental work. You arrange local showings, inspections, repairs and any licensed management or tenant-placement service separately. This message does not appoint a manager, book a service or authorize someone to act for you. Use the property-manager questions guide to review a provider's proposed scope and agreement.
