Landlord forms & templates

Find the form for your next step.

Start with your state, then narrow by the job you need to do. Browse 182 templates, from applications to renewals.

Free previews. Fill-in and download options are shown on each form; clean PDFs require Prime.

Selecting a state also includes portable templates and federal forms. Each card shows its scope; check the requirements for your property before using a form.

Before you fill in a form

Match the document to the event. A new lease, an agreed change, a notice and a condition record serve different purposes. Start with the property's state and the task, then read the card's scope and full preview. Portable and federal forms can appear alongside state templates; appearing in the results does not establish that every form applies to your rental.

Complete one consistent set of details. Gather the parties' names, property and unit, relevant dates, agreed amounts and supporting attachments. Check that they agree across the form and related documents. Follow the options actually shown on that form for filling in and downloading; editable office formats or e-signing are not implied for every template. Before sending a notice, review its required contents, timing and delivery process for the situation. Keep the completed version, applicable signatures and delivery records together.
