Review a suggested transaction before booking
Check suggested categories and rental assignments against the actual transaction.

Find the import
Open Import feed and locate the transaction by account, date, description and amount.
Review the suggestion
Inspect the offered transaction type, category, property and unit. Use the normal Book or review action to change an incorrect value before confirming.
Check the result
After saving, inspect Booked and any attached receipt. Review matching rules separately if future imports should use the same classification.

Will accepting one suggestion fix other imported rows?
Check the actual action’s scope. A single-row review, a batch action and a saved matching rule have different effects.
Can a rule book transactions automatically?
Eligible matching rules can book future matching imports as documented in the rules guide. Review the rule and its scope before saving; do not assume an existing feed was reprocessed.
