Upload a bank statement and review imported transactions

Choose the correct account, review the parsed rows and check for overlapping imports.

Choose the upload

Open Accounting > Transactions and select Upload transactions or the statement-upload option from import setup.

Accounting Import feed showing All accounts, Status Unbooked, search and date filters, and Apply.
Desktop reference: the accounting Import feed and filters in a read-only sample portfolio. The empty setup state does not show a connected bank or completed refresh.

Select the account and file

Choose the intended account and a file type accepted by the current control. Review any account or statement details requested by the form.

Review before importing

Inspect the parsed dates, descriptions and amounts and any duplicate or validation warnings. Correct or exclude the affected rows before confirming the import.

Review the feed

Return to Import feed and check the saved rows, account and date filters. Book each eligible row through the normal review workflow; importing is not the same as booking.

Check the result

  • The intended account contains the reviewed imported rows, ready for bookkeeping.

FAQs

Should I upload again if the page did not show a success message?

First inspect the account and Import feed for the statement period. Retrying without checking can introduce duplicates.

Can I upload another platform’s full account export?

Use the formats accepted by this import control. A bank statement upload is not a migration of properties, tenants, leases or stored payment credentials.
