FAQs

Why does another property or date range change the result?

Insights recalculates the view for the chosen records. Compare the same measure, period and property before drawing a conclusion from two totals.

Why is expected income missing?

Review unbooked transactions, the property assignment and the record dates. Use View report to inspect the selected measure; a future charge or unbooked import is not interchangeable with recorded cash activity.
