FAQs
Where are the household-income calculation fields?
The former dedicated calculator is unavailable in the current portal. General charge entry does not replace that calculation workflow.
Can I use a normal rent charge as the calculation result?
A rent charge only records the amount entered. It does not establish a program calculation or eligibility result. Obtain the applicable calculation through the process responsible for that program before entering a charge.
