Review booked accounting transactions

Find recorded transactions and their categories in Booked; the old event-audit feed is not this page.

Before you start

  • Have the amount, date, description and property for the record you need.
  • Decide whether you need a booked accounting entry or the status of a specific rent payment. They are different views.

Open Booked

Open Accounting > Booked and choose the date range and property. Use Description to narrow the list and select Apply.

Review the matching row

Compare its date, type, description, category and amount with your source record.

Use the relevant record view

For a charge collection or deposit status, open the matching charge in Payments. For accounting corrections, inspect only the actions offered on the actual booked row.

Check the result

  • The matching booked entry can be identified by its date, type, description, category and amount.
  • Payment status questions are followed through the relevant charge rather than inferred from a general accounting row.

FAQs

Where are the old actor and action filters?

The old help destination now opens Booked transactions. That table does not expose the former event-audit controls. Contact support if you need the history of a particular account action.

Does Export download only these filtered rows?

The page links to a separate accounting export. Check the scope and contents of that file before relying on it; the link does not carry every filter from the Booked view.
